Chocolate Cherry Protein Shake:

• 1 1/2 cups almond milk
• 2 scoops of Stay Fit Chocolate éclair Protein
• 1/2 cup frozen black cherries
• Add 3-5 ice cubes for extra thickness (optional)

Banana Crumb Shake:

• 2 scoops Stay Fit Vanilla Smoothie Protein
• 1 Banana
• 1/2 Cup Quaker Oatmeal (cook with boiling water)
• 3/4 Cup Bran Flakes Cereal
• 1 ½ to 2 cups of cold water, Skim Milk or Soy Milk
• Sugar, Brown Sugar or Splenda Non Caloric Sweetener to taste

Pineapple Pleasure:

• 1 to 1 ½ cup of pineapple juice
• 3 strawberries
• 1 banana
• 1 teaspoon of yogurt
• 1 scoop of your Stay Fit Vanilla Smoothie Protein

Mango Might:

• 1 to 2 scoops of Stay Fit Vanilla Smoothie Protein
• 1 to 1 1/2 cups of pure water or skim milk
• ¼ to 1/2 cup frozen mango
